Quote requests, made clear
Turn website visits into quote requests.
Give customers a clear way to describe the job, see an estimate when it fits, and send you the details you need.
Your services. Your pricing. Your approval.
Services
- Standard clean — Estimate
- Deep clean — Estimate
- Move-out clean — Quote after review
A working preview using a fictional cleaning business. Change any answer to see the estimate update.
Get the details before the back-and-forth.
Many inquiries arrive as a name, a phone number, and “how much?” QuoteVelo asks the questions your price depends on — rooms, lot size, vehicle type, access — so your first reply can be an answer instead of a list of questions.
When a job fits your rules, the customer sees a preliminary estimate. When it doesn’t, they send a structured request and you quote it yourself.

Send a test request and see both sides.
Fill out the form as a customer of Sample Cleaning Co. When you send it, you’ll see the confirmation your customer gets and the email the business gets. It’s a fictional business with sample prices, and nothing is sent.

Examples
One tool, shaped to each kind of work.
Each example is a fictional business with sample prices. Some services show an estimate, some a range, and some go straight to review.
Sample Lawn & Landscape
Mowing priced per visit, seasonal cleanups shown as a range, and design work quoted after review.

How it works
Three steps, and you stay in charge of the price.
-
Set your services and pricing.
Together we turn how you already price into clear rules: what each service includes, what changes the price, and which jobs you always quote in person.
-
Collect the details that matter.
Customers answer only the questions that apply. Follow-ups appear when an answer calls for them, and they see an estimate when the job fits your rules.
-
Review the request and follow up.
You get an email with every answer, the estimate the customer saw, and a reference number. You confirm the final price and timing in your reply.

What you get
Built around how you already price.
- Questions that match the service
- Each service asks only what its price depends on. Follow-up questions appear when an earlier answer calls for them, and disappear when it changes.
- Estimates based on your rules
- Fixed prices, per-unit rates, tiers, add-ons, minimums, and travel zones — all recalculated on the server. Anything outside your rules goes to review with no price shown.
- Requests with useful details
- Every request arrives by email with the answers, the estimate the customer saw, and a reference number. Reply to reach the customer directly.
- A link that fits your existing website
- Use it as its own page, link to it from your site, or embed it on pages where your website lets you add a script. No new website needed.
Pricing
Get a setup quote for your business.
Setup is priced per business, because a two-service cleaning company and a painter with tiered rates need different amounts of work.
What affects the price
- How many services you offer and how their prices are calculated
- Whether estimates, ranges, or review-only requests fit each service
- Embedding on your existing website, and which platform it runs on
- Branding, copy, and the number of rounds of changes
What setup includes
- An intake session to map your services, questions, and pricing
- A configured quote page with your approved rules, tested before launch
- A standalone link, plus embed code if your website allows it
- A test request delivered to your inbox before you go live
- Written notes on how to request changes
Ongoing support is optional and quoted separately. Hosting, email delivery, and your domain are third-party costs. Your quote lists them separately so you can see who pays for what.
Questions
Before you decide.
Do I need a new website?
No. Your quote page works as its own link you can share or add to your site’s menu. If your website lets you add a script, it can also be embedded on an existing page. We check your website platform during setup.
Who decides the prices?
You do. Estimates come only from rules you approve, and each version of your prices is recorded with who approved it and when. Anything your rules don’t cover becomes a request for you to quote.
Can customers book automatically?
No. Customers can suggest a preferred date, but nothing is booked. You confirm the scope, price, and timing when you reply.
What if my jobs need an inspection?
Set those services to “quote after review,” or add conditions — like properties over an acre — that switch a request to review. The customer sees no price, and you get the details you need to follow up.
Can I change services later?
Yes. Services, questions, and prices live in your configuration. Changes are validated before they go live, and a new price version is recorded so older requests still show what the customer saw.
What does setup include?
An intake session, your configured and tested quote page, a standalone link, embed code if your site supports it, a test request to your inbox before launch, and notes on how to request changes.
Where do requests go?
To the email address you choose, with a reference number. A copy is kept on the server for the retention period you choose, so a request isn’t lost if an email is delayed.
